1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver orders all across Pakistan, including major cities and many remote areas, subject to courier availability.
2. Delivery Time
Major cities: approximately 2–5 business days
Other areas: approximately 3–7 business days
Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Delivery on eligible orders as displayed on our website. If shipping charges apply to a particular product or location, the applicable amount will be shown during checkout.
4. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
You may receive a confirmation message or call to verify your order before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, we may provide your tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another available communication method.
6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible products and locations. Payment must be made to the courier when your order is delivered.
7. Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing a correct:

Phone number
Complete delivery address
City/area
If incorrect information causes a failed delivery or additional courier charges, the customer may be responsible for those charges.
8. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If your order is delayed, please contact our customer support with your order number. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
If a customer refuses a COD order without a valid reason, we may restrict or suspend future COD orders for that customer.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package appears seriously damaged when delivered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos of the package and product.
